Back in Ephraim!!!

I am so excited to be back in good ol' Ephraim, Utah!!

I am ready to see all my roommates and friends again! I am ready to start out this new semester with a bang! I am ready to be involved in the Institute again (that one is for you, Kait!) :) I am ready for more awesome memories!!

PS- Know what I am NOT ready for??

Yes, those are icicles. The are HUGE! The one in the middle, sorta, I couldn't get the whole thing in the picture. It was as long as the window! Maybe I will take a picture of the outside tomorrow...unless it is 2 degrees again... Can you guess what I hate now?? :)

UPDATE!

I finally decide to update this blog!! So all of my followers, congratulations! You are about to be updated on my life. In case you don't follow me on Facebook. 

So my last post was in 2011. Its been a year now! There have been a few minor changes since last time this was updated. :) 

In May 2012, we moved out for the summer!  Kim, Chelsea, Jessica, Celestial and I were all planning to come back next year. Laura graduated and went up to Utah State University. 

Below are a few pictures that I have from the first semester of this school year. I also have new roommates this year. Caitlin, Lauren, Amanda, Deanna and Marissa K. Yes, there are two Marissa's in the apartment. Yes, it is confusing between the two. Good thing we enjoy being around each other or we would have a problem. :) haha

(We tried sending our roommate, Lauren off to China... she is still here though. She didn't cooperate the way we wanted her too. :))

(I have gotten involved with the Institute and I am on the Foods Committee. We made about a billion sandwiches the first couple days of school.)

(Manti Temple is so pretty. We are so blessed that we live so close by that we can go do work for our ancestors often.)

(We had a fly problem. So these wonderful neighbors came and helped us kill them all. Moral of the story: Don't leave your door open all the time. :))

Laura's Birthday! :)

It was Laura's birthday on Sunday, and now, she is 19 years old! :) We now have three 19 year olds, and three 18 year olds, in the apartment. :)

Anyway, we celebrated by going to church, where we sang Happy Birthday to her in Sunday School. When we got home, this is where the fun began! We settled down at home, when we decided to do her scavenger hunt. We gave her a candy bar with a clue on it. She then had to proceed searching the house, for "19" different clues with "19" different candy bars. We even had her go to our FHE sisters house as well our FHE brothers house. When we sent her to the last candy bar (at our FHE brothers house), Chelsea and I got out the poster that we had everyone she knew in our ward to sign, and we brought out 19 chocolate cupcakes. :) She was really suprised. Marissa's Birthday

Yes, my birthday is in November...and I finally got the pictures up today!! Closer than Halloween, so I am improving with this whole blogging thing.

I turned 19 years old. And my roommates were the best at celebrating it! I loved every minute of it. Laura, Nancy, Chelsea, Jessica, and Kim gave me a cake at 1:15 in the morning. (A red velvet one! :D) (The time that I was born). Then, we went outside and played in the first Snowfall of the year! We went to bed around 2:30am.

We got up around 11am, and everyone made me a yummy breakfast. Consisting of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip pancakes, hash browns, and fried eggs. Super yummy!

Then, around 4pm I get a knock on the door, and a guy was standing there and said that he had something for me, he gave me the letter "P" and left, this went on, with "19" different people who gave me other letters that spelt out "Happy Birthday" and a few presents. With 19 different people, I got "19" different gifts. Laura though of all this, isn't she awesome?? My other roommates are awesome too!! Thanks guys for making it memorable! My golden birthday was a blast!! :)

We also celebrated by eating cake and Ice Cream with my friend Jessica, Tasha, and Tyler, along with my roommates. It was so much fun!
